Welcome to St Albans Muay Thai
SAMT Gym is located at St Albans Amateur Boxing Club.
Facilities include a full size boxing gym, a range
different punch and kick bags as well as a free weights
area. The Club also provides basic equipment such as boxing
gloves and shin guards. Every one is welcome from all ages
and experience from beginner to professional young or old.
Whether you want to take it seriously or just have a fun
way to keep fit.
